How to Create with Gratitude💮

Gratitude Creates!

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and say:

Here I sit in gratitude. For life, for breath, for my body. I breathe in gratitude which feeds my soul and brings peace to my mind. I relax into gratitude knowing- I am safe, loved and at peace in this moment. In the space of gratitude I’m fed- by all the love, health, abundance, joy and peace from the universe- it’s all inside of me- and I say Thank YOU!

The world may be crumbling around you, and you may feel the suffering, instability and judgments of the world, BUT:

In Gratitude you're choosing to see, to feel and know what there is to be thankful for- every moment of every day!

Gratitude heals, because it brings you back to the moment, NOW, the only Reality that exists!

The energy you put forth is what creates your world. When you're grateful, you put forth the energy of gratitude, and what you're thankful for comes back to you! This is the universal Law of Gratitude.

For example, if you only have $1 in the bank- instead of going into fear or lack, be grateful for that $1. It’s a shift in consciousness from feeling lack to allow yourself to feel gratitude for what you Do have instead of focusing on what you don’t. This is what will bring what you're seeking!

Gratitude is the key to your desires manifesting!

So in this moment- what are you grateful for?

Affirm everyday: I Am Grateful for______ . And sit in the meditation from above and receive.
