Navigating Change


     Change is upon us, but we must integrate a new way of Being in order to change. For example, being Present instead of being busy. And instead of worrying, having faith.
      To receive divine ideas and experience inner peace, silence the mind and connect with Spirit. Schedule in your meditation time to reflect, to listen, to receive. 
     We usually look for answers in outer sources first, looking at screens for news or advice. What if you connected to Spirit first for what you’re seeking? Instead of Google ask Spirit for step 1! Ask Spirit where to apply for that job or find your mate or how to heal.  If you relax, release the mind and open to receive greater wisdom and clarity you will be guided on how to navigate your world.
     Is there anything you want to change in your life? Connect and ask Spirit for one step you can take to make that change. Lift your gaze higher and look for greater than what you can see. Meditate on that!
